Spirituality is often a quiet, sacred place where deep parts of our story and pain live—where trauma and loss meet hope and transformation. In my work with clients, I frequently sit with the complexity of their unique spiritual journeys, listening to how their stories and wounds shape their relationship with the sacred.

I understand firsthand the grief and loss that can come from redefining or even questioning one’s spiritual container—the beliefs, structures, and practices we once held that no longer fit who we are. This process can feel like a death, a letting go that is both painful and freeing.

Your beliefs, your pain, and your story will be held here with care and respect for their sacredness. Whether your spirituality is tied to a religion or not, whether it feels whole or fractured, all of it matters. We’ll explore what safety, meaning, and growth look like for you now, creating space for healing and authenticity in your own spiritual expression.

Spiritual trauma is real, and it can leave a lasting impact on our bodies, communities, and sense of self. Trauma shatters and fragments our experience, but healing can help us reclaim our wholeness.

I’ve come to see religion as a container—one way to structure spirituality, but not the same as spirituality itself. Containers can support us or sometimes no longer serve us. After years in Christianity as my container, I chose to step into a larger, more fluid space that feels safe and expansive.

This new container holds a mix of experiences and beliefs that foster growth without needing to prove or protect. I find deep connection with others who embrace their own spiritual paths authentically, and these relationships have been life-preserving.

If you’re navigating your own spiritual container, whether you’re seeking, grieving, or transforming, you are not alone.

If spirituality is a part of your healing journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. Book a consult.
