Trauma isn’t just about what happened—it’s about how it felt inside of you. It’s those moments when something hits you too hard or too fast for your mind and body to process fully. Trauma lives in your internal world, shaping your feelings, thoughts, and how you experience yourself and others—even if the event itself might seem “small” to someone else.

This can leave you feeling overwhelmed, confused, or disconnected, long after the event has passed. Healing trauma is about slowing down and giving yourself time and space to process those feelings safely, so you can begin to make sense of what happened and reclaim your sense of safety and wholeness.

Every person’s response to trauma is unique, and so is the path to healing. There’s no single tool or quick fix that works for everyone. Together, we will take the time to discover what methods support your healing process best.

Some of the approaches I often use include Trauma Informed Stabilization Technique (TIST) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), both of which create gentle, respectful spaces for processing trauma.

If you want to explore healing from trauma or complex trauma, I’m here to support you. Book a consult.
