For some, it's sudden and intense. For others, it's gradual and almost unnoticed.
You've experienced something extremely difficult that has impacted the way you now move through life. You know the trauma is there, but you don't know how to live with it -- or even thrive in life again.
Trauma looks different for everyone, but that doesn't mean healing isn't possible. It just takes time, patience, and someone to help you navigate through it.

Who is Trauma Recovery for?
You constantly feel in a state of fight-or-flight.
Your fight, flight, freeze responses are constantly engaged. You never feel in a state of rest.
You feel ashamed or burdened by your past.
There’s a weight that you’ve been carrying for far too long and you feel trapped by it. No matter what you try, you can’t seem to move on.
You’re hurting and you can’t understand why.
Life doesn’t look like you had expected it. You feel depressed, anxious, or lost. You want to find happiness, but you don’t know where to start.
How We’ll Work Together
Healing and growth is a journey, not a destination.
And I’m here to help you on that journey.
1
Share
You’ll have the opportunity to share your story with me and tell me about your goals and desired outcome.
2
Identify
We’ll clearly identify the areas of your life where things feel challenging, the history behind it, and why it’s coming up for you in this moment.
3
Deepen
Using modalities that resonate best with you, we’ll begin the work of going deeper to process the things that need attention.
4
Grow
You’ll walk away with a greater sense of self-awareness so that you can continue to process and grow in your journey toward wholeness.

What does a session cost?My rate is $165 for a 60 minute session.
-
Do you accept insurance? No, I do not accept insurance.
-
How often should I schedule a session?Sessions are booked based on each individual client's needs. I have some clients I meet with weekly, others I meet with every other week, others I meet with monthly, and still others who reach out if something comes up and they feel that a single session would be supportive. There is a lot of flexibility and freedom built into this work. The client is in the driver's seat. Each client decides how much or how little of my support to take in and when to do so. There is no right or wrong way. It always comes down to what feels most supportive to the client.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?I offer a 15 minute complimentary introductory call over Zoom or phone. This helps us get to know each other to make sure you feel comfortable with me and the processes that I use in my practice. You can email, call or text me if you'd like to set this up.
