We go from healing to healing.
Have you ever found yourself reacting disproportionately to something and thought: “Wait a second … I thought I moved past that?”
While it may be momentarily discouraging to revisit something you previously thought was complete, it can be a doorway into another layer of healing.
Together, I can help you process that next layer of healing so that you can develop an even deeper level of self-awareness and self-acceptance.

Who is Emotional Wellness for?
You've done the work before.
You’ve been to therapy or have worked with a coach to process aspects of your life. You want to continue your own work. You want to have a resource on-call for when you need that extra support.
You're navigating a change or living through a season of life that feels particularly overwhelming.
Change can be uncomfortable and bring out insecurities we thought we had resolved. You need someone to support you and your emotional responses as you move through change.
You find yourself reacting instead of responding.
It feels as though your emotional wounds have been reopened. You are realizing that your reactions are rooted in something deeper that needs additional healing. A new layer of healing is being revealed and you want to continue the work.
How We’ll Work Together
Healing and growth is a journey, not a destination.
And I’m here to help you on that journey.
1
Share
You’ll have the opportunity to share your story with me and tell me about your goals and desired outcome.
2
Identify
We’ll clearly identify the areas of your life where things feel challenging, the history behind it, and why it’s coming up for you in this moment.
3
Deepen
Using modalities that resonate best with you, we’ll begin the work of going deeper to process the things that need attention.
4
Grow
You’ll walk away with a greater sense of self-awareness so that you can continue to process and grow in your journey toward wholeness.

What does a session cost?My rate is $165 for a 60 minute session.
-
Do you accept insurance? No, I do not accept insurance.
-
How often should I schedule a session?Sessions are booked based on each individual client's needs. I have some clients I meet with weekly, others I meet with every other week, others I meet with monthly, and still others who reach out if something comes up and they feel that a single session would be supportive. There is a lot of flexibility and freedom built into this work. The client is in the driver's seat. Each client decides how much or how little of my support to take in and when to do so. There is no right or wrong way. It always comes down to what feels most supportive to the client.

How do I know if we’re a good fit?I offer a 15 minute complimentary introductory call over Zoom or phone. This helps us get to know each other to make sure you feel comfortable with me and the processes that I use in my practice. You can email, call or text me if you'd like to set this up.
