In my work, it is my goal is to walk alongside you, be a source of knowledge, encouragement, validation, and support. My goal is to provide you with a deeply safe place to look at the hidden places that are holding you back from moving forward in your life. There is no magic wand. Change takes time. It is rarely an easy or quick process – but you don't have to do it alone.

I walk alongside my clients wherever they are in life's journey. 

We do not change until we’re ready. Sometimes our inner pain or unfulfilled longing gets so loud and insistent that we can’t ignore it another minute. But readiness doesn’t come from the outside, and it can’t be rushed or forced. You’re ready when you’re ready, when something inside shifts and you decide, “Until now I did that. Now I’m going to do something else.”

Who I Am

That is the reality of life in all its beauty and its pain.

Life is hard. Life is messy.

I believe we all struggle.

It doesn't mean you are broken.

We all experience hard things. For some those hard things are sources of pain and trauma. For others those hard things are sources of loss and disappointments--be it the loss of a job, a dream, a divorce, a death, unmet expectations, even the loss of purpose or vision for our life. 

My own story is no different. As a child and teen, I experienced hardships that shaped the woman I became. Adulthood presented its own twists and turns. The unresolved pain and trauma that came as a result of these chapters influenced my life, my relationships, and my self-worth.

It was through my healing journey that these experiences opened doors to profound growth. Along the way, I discovered not the woman I thought I should be or who others wanted me to be. But instead, a strong yet vulnerable woman ready to start her life anew.

I am still on this journey. I am still learning. I am still growing. And it is still hard. But now I do it with the awareness and grace of patience and forgiveness. 

You will not “get over” loss; you will learn to live with it. You will heal and you will rebuild yourself around what you have experienced. You will be whole again, but you will never be the same. Nor should you be the same. Nor would you want to.
